Furthermore, as a working mom, with a husband that travels for work, a 6 year old, and 3 year old twins, RAW is literally the only hour-ish of my day for me. I love that I was able to train at RAW throughout my entire twin pregnancy, and carry my babies for 39 weeks. It's my favorite day of the week! Yours may be different.

The program from this article is just one variation of how you can do it, and hopefully just helps people to get thinking about different ways conjugate training can be organized.

May 4, at am. Hi Carl - The Akron Barbell programming is a little different than this setup, and since my clients from AK Barbell pay for their programming I don't want to put it all up in an article or distribute it because it wouldn't be fair to them having paid for it.
